Jim Tavare is an internationally acclaimed comedian and actor. He performs all over the world with his famous stand-up bass. He played Tom the Innkeeper in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Jim wrote and starred in the Sketch Show (BBC) which won a BAFTA award. He holds the distinction of being the only overseas act to reach the top five finalists of Last Comic Standing (NBC.) He performed three times on the Royal Variety Performance (BBC) and became known in the UK as Prince Charles' favorite comedian. Jim has twice appeared at the Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal.
